How will you make an impact in this role?


  • Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
  • Develop and deliver building robust signings governance framework in line with overall compliance and business conduct roadmap.
  • Drive strong partnership with Sales and CLMs, business planners, Operational excellence, ONE.force and compliance teams to deliver compliant business growth.
  • Ensure all audits, reviews and regulatory questions are addressed in a timely manner with inputs from all related stakeholders.
  • Ensure colleague accountability program is well designed and executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure robust outlier strategy is in place and is delivering the value it is expected to deliver for the business.
  • Develop and update process documentation on a regular basis and share subject matter expertise to optimize the sales process and field colleagues experience.
  • Partner with L&D and business to design and develop training documents and deliver field trainings to make our field colleagues efficient and compliant in their role.
  • Ensure we have the right PRSAs and all of those are updated and followed regularly.
  • Provide data driven insights to leadership and key stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stitch together data driven story to be presented to Senior leaders in simple and easy language.
  • Build positive relationships with key collaborators.
  • Maintain E2E visibility on the business dynamics and the processes.
  • Lead a team of analysts and be responsible for their development and trainings.

Minimum Qualifications


6-8 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor's Degree in equivalent field is required; Master's Degree is preferred.

    • Ability to prioritize and get results, delivering through a team in addition to as an individual.
    • Resourceful self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage in structured thinking in order to derive relevant, data-driven insights.
    • Have led large projects as a PMO with consistent record of successfully getting results on large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
    • Ability to adopt a business mentality and link business strategies to specific initiatives.
    • Expert knowledge of MS office tools especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strategic, big-picture thinker with strong intuition for business and high degree of creativity in finding opportunities for products, services, new processes, and systems.
    • Relationship-builder with strong consultative and relationship skills to partner with business leaders to devise solutions to complex business challenges.
    • Excellent communicator and understands the audience.
    • Be an agent of change, ability to initiate and adopt change. Provides solutions to address changes in the organization, strategic alignment, and technology implementation. Incorporate risk mitigation into planning and execution.
