YOUR ROLE
  • Leverage India’s ecosystem to contribute to HCB’s innovation project portfolio by integrating efforts from R&D, open innovation initiatives, and collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate and map out various partners for innovation including academic institutions, research organizations, CRO’s and industry collaborators in India to strengthen innovation capability of HCB.
  • Collaborating with internal HCB Open Innovation teams, as well as external stakeholders such as partners, Start up’s, universities, suppliers and regulatory bodies within India.
  • Managing ongoing R&D innovation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Ensuring fulfillment of KPIs in innovation performance, quality, and sustainability objectives.


YOUR SKILLS
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in R&D project management
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements related to R&D.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Master’s degree in science, or a related field. A PhD is preferred.
