Job Description

Overview The role manages Sales Capability initiatives across BUs within AMESA. Implementing scorecards, tracking KPIs, and improving learning delivery efficiency are among the key responsibilities. The task involves conducting sales skills assessments, managing capability assessments, and harmonizing onboarding programs. Responsibilities This role ensures the effective deployment of calendars, post-training governance, and dashboards for sector-wide initiatives. In addition to governing "Winning Every Customer" programs for Traditional/Modern Trade and Distributor Management, it also supports the reporting via PACE, Sales Buzz, and other GTM tools that are used by BUs across sectors, as well as recognition dashboards, and drives analytics and assessments across all Business Units. Qualifications 7+ years of industry Expereince 6 + years of Advance Excel & PPT , PowerBI & SQL , Python
