Role Overview


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Application Test Engineer with extensive expertise in Veeva CRM applications. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our CRM solutions. As an Application Test Engineer specializing in Salesforce/Veeva CRM, you will collaborate closely with other test engineers, product teams, and delivery leads to design and determine both functional and non-functional requirements. You will also be responsible for implementing the test suites accordingly.


We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with cross-functional teams to achieve our project goals. If you are passionate about quality assurance and have a proven track record in CRM application testing.


What will you do in this role


  • Conducting thorough testing and validation of CRM applications to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.


  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product teams, to identify and resolve any issues or defects.


  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of CRM applications


  • Providing detailed documentation and reports on testing activities, results, and any identified issues or defects.


  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.


  • Well-versed with all the phases of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) including defect logging and closure.


  • Researching and implementing industry best practices and new testing technologies to continuously improve our QA processes.


  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of test cases, test execution logs, and defect logs.


What should you have


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any Technology Stream.


  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a quality assurance engineer with a reputed company.


  • Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare domain.


  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud application testing scope to ensure the reliability and functionality of the CRM solutions.


  • Experience with test management tools like ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and JIRA XRAY.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues during testing processes.


  • Experience with testing methodologies like Agile SCRUM and Waterfall.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Robot Framework Test automation framework.


  • Understanding of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SQL (Structured Query Language).
