We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofManager - Regulatory Compliance 

Principal responsibilities

• Support the US Compliance Advisory & Stewardship - Risk Strategy, Bangalore function to ensure the activities related to assessment, measurement, and reporting of risk; and assessment, measurement and reporting of gaps and enhancements required to maintain an effective risk management program are performed in a proactive, timely, accurate and effective manner.
• Conducts data analysis; identify trends, themes, and gaps; and develop and present conclusions. Assists with identification, tracking, communication of exceptions and escalations.
• Exercise effective oversight on all US RC activities and develop the technical knowledge.
• Promote a risk and compliance culture within the business and alignment to Group policies and US Regulatory Requirements.
• Balancing new requirements with existing technical capabilities to ensure stakeholder expectations are managed
• Manual review of the regulations/ Controls/ Issues
• Jobholder will be required to work closely with the US Risk Strategy team to ensure BAU functions are carried out accordingly within the stipulated Performance Level Agreement (PLA)
• The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators .
