Job summary
To manage the Sales functions of South region assigned and work closely with Deputy General Manager - South India & Bangladesh for achieving the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Targets assigned. Individuals shall be responsible for driving sales, marketing and collection functions in the fields of coupler, Engineered Bar, GFRP and other Dextra business.
Essential duties and Responsibilities (others may be assigned)
To manage sales, achieve department targets.
To achieve sales and profit objectives by prospecting & developing business opportunities.
Local business development= To seek business opportunities, identify and develop business
Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with present and potential clients.
Responsible for AR collection, Retention etc. to keep the dues under control.
Conduct the expansion of the current network and explore alternatives solutions with new strategic partnerships.
Benchmarking of Dextra India competition, including Market prices information & insights about competitor's overall quality and services.
Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with present and potential clients.
Provides training and guidelines to team to ensure best customer service to clients and business and high level of customer satisfaction. Ensured that the South team deliver best results as targeted.
