Manager - QA/QC

Overview Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions using Power BI. Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources, specifically Power BI and Azure Synapse. Conduct QA/QC on reports generated from Power BI and other reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistency as per business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements. Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements. Translate business requirements into QA-specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards. Responsibilities 7-10 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist, with a focus on Power BI platform. Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining. Understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework. Knowledge of SQL queries. Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative. Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new skills. Working knowledge of agile development, including DevOps and DataOps concepts. Qualifications Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and report simultaneously across different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Certification in Power BI or other BI tools is a plus. Experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in a reporting or data analysis context.
