Job Description

The role of a Project Manager in a retail automation projects delivery organization involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of automation projects within the retail sector. 
Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Execution:
Create Forecast of Project Delivery in coordination with Operations Leader
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Take proactive corrective actions to ensure revenue targets are met month on month within budget
2.Quality Assurance:
Perform quality control checks to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project quality and efficiency
3.Resource Management:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements
4.Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
5.Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution
6.Team Leadership:
 Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
7.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders


Bachelor's degree in engineering,  or a related field; a master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Oil & Gas automation sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Skills:
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
Strong organizational and tiQualifications:me management skills.


Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective risk management and decision-making abilities
