The IN-Item Data Quality (IDQ) group provides catalog augmentation and correction technologies and our solutions ensure information in Amazon's catalog’s is complete, correct, consistent and authoritative enough to give our customers a great shopping experience. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to own & lead a large team (>30 reportees) that drives catalog quality improvements to search & browse journeys.
Key job responsibilities
• Own vision and definition for the Program and Service expansion
• Own Planning, Forecasting and OP contributions
• Be responsible for end-to-end business strategy, customer experience & offering for Expansions
• Set and measure goals and targets across functions
• Be responsible for defining new use cases for his services in partnership with internal and external teams.
• Define the clear requirement of specific business use cases for tech product mgr.
• Support data analysts and product managers by turning business requirements into functional specifications and then executing delivery
• Establish scalable, efficient processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
• Own the service’s execution strategy
• Develop strategies to mitigate risk
• Be responsible for all communication to Leadership (Flash updates, WBR, QBR, LT Deep dives)
- 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing teams
