About the role

This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Program Management, who leads medium-sized programs. Develops program plans, schedules, and budgets. Supports strategic planning efforts, solutions for program problems, contract negotiations, and manages important vendors.

• Support to develop an understanding of the E2E solution and value being proposed.
• Support in creation of the E2E Transition/Transformation strategy and solution
• Support PMO team in implementation of defined internal and external governance strategies (
• Support in development of annual transition and transformation projects roadmap
• Review incoming project intake requests and prioritize portfolio based on resources and team capacity
• Punctually support with execution of projects as per plan through milestones and stages gates
• Consolidate status of in-flight projects and report weekly to Carrier Finance Leadership on status, issues and risks

• 7+ years of experience in finance/digital/project manager and exposure on at least 1 digital deployment or finance transformation project
• People manager: ability to lead a team of experienced transition managers
• Finance/Technical or Digital background
• Project management / active Transitions experience and exposure to BPO/Captive SSC environment
• Exposure to project management tools (MS Project) and project management methodology
• Strategic / Outcome Focused Client Interactions: Build positive relationships with the Client Project Team on a bedrock of Project / Change / Risk based conversations
• Controller of ‘E2E Project Costs’: Be accountable for Project Costs and On Time Delivery
