Manager - Product & Pricing - Rail & Inland Terminals - Panipat

Experience:        

1. At least 10 years of work experience with Domestic CTO industry with commercial / operation department.
2. Must have knowledge of domestic CTO regulatory framework.
3. Fair knowledge of different freight related policies of railways like GPWIS / SFTO / GCT
4. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
5. Knowledge of domestic & exim container train network & road transportation rates.
6. Contract finalization experience specially of transportation, handling & storage related contracts.
7. Must have worked for EXIM / Domestic Rail Movement.

Job Profile:

1. Set pricing strategy for all services (EXIM & Domestic container train operations, Terminal Handling of Bulk Cargo, Terminal Access and warehousing etc.)  and monitor execution to ensure return on investment.
2. Perform pricing functions including lane cost analysis.
3. Maintain records related to all participated opportunities. 
4. Pricing and contract negotiation with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, and use the insights to develop marketing strategies.
6. Developing and managing budgets for marketing and sales activities.
7. Keep records of competition activities and prepared reports.
8. Monitor and analyze the performance of all related resources & activities to ensure that they meet the company's objectives.
9. Liaise with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure optimum pricing and margin achievement and align with overall business objectives.
10. Propose innovative and cost effective solutions of first & last mile services for CTO business.
