What this job involves:
This is a senior business analyst role profile that functions as a liaison between the business and the technical teams and typically works within a project team structure. This position requires technical understanding of intelligent automation and a good awareness of gen AI technologies. The person is required to closely collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to translate business requirements into what is required from a technical perspective so that are able to support the delivery of technology solutions that addresses the business problems. The role will have opportunities to work with multiple intelligent automation technologies and upcoming gen AI areas from a functional product management perspective. Having deep experience in one or more of these platforms is a big positive. This position is an individual contribution role.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between operation/business resources & technical experts Understand and transform business process requirements into technology requirements Lead full requirements process from both functional or non-functional perspective, ensuring the value of the features being requested links with the overall objective and organized into priority to aid delivery. Lead and collaborate across JLL teams to clarify, document and validate business/functional and technical/non-functional requirements Identify right tools and technologies working with JLL Technology (JLLT) teams for various needs of business including supporting RFP’s, tooling comparative assessments, running Proof of Concepts Document, craft and groom requirements / user stories, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies, build Business cases. Ensure customer needs are at the forefront of the analysis so their voice is heard in the decision making Articulate the AS-IS and TO-BE concepts in clear and concise language so that interested stakeholders can fully understand what choices they need to make and the consequences of each action Use a holistic approach when developing requirements considering people, process and organizational structure and not just the IT needs. Perform strategic Gap analysis on current eco systems against the needs of the business Conduct discovery on business areas to identify opportunities to provide improvement over short, medium and long term Support project or product teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development Evaluate risks and predicting potential problems from both a specific product or project feature to a wider general strategic vision Facilitate meetings and workshops for team members or project stakeholders to acquire specific needs Undertake a comprehensive cost/benefit analysis that able to determine clearly whether an idea or opportunity is worth investing in Support and mentor other analysts in Business Analysis techniques. Work in a variety of project scenarios including from change management, agile and waterfall Ability to remain impartial presenting factual evidence rather than anecdotal At time wears and work as a Project Manager, Functional Product Owner as well

Experience and Education Requirements:
Technical Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience. Advanced degrees will be a good to have. 8-10 years of Business Analyst experience. Prior experience in Shared Service or Commercial Real Estate is a plus A tenured, motivated, collaborative candidate with exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills with proven experience in working with diverse teams of business users and IT teams Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes Experience in using tools like JIRA, Azure, Miro Experience in different requirement gathering / capturing user stories techniques like Brainstorming, Document Analysis, Focus Group, Interface Analysis, Interview, Observation, Prototyping, Requirement Workshop, Reverse Engineering and Survey/Questionnaire Worked on crafting and grooming agile user stories Strong planning and organisational skills Evidence based decision making skills Excellent Microsoft Office 365 products including SharePoint and Visio Experience using work / project management applications Able to embrace change from either internal or external influences Able to cope with high demand required by stakeholders Strong understanding of product development lifecycle BPMN notation in process modelling or equivalent Able to interact and communicate with different levels of stakeholders from exec members to SMEs Maintain high standards of both orally and written outputs tailored to individual stakeholder needs Driving Change & Improvement Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities Aptitude to learn quickly and a superb attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. One industry level business analysis certification will be a strong preference Good to have - CBAP, Business Analytics, Product Owner and Project Management Certifications Technical Requirements: Business Analyst exposure to any segment of Intelligent Automation tools – MS Power Platform, BPM, RPA, IDP / OCR, AI, ML, Conversational AI etc. Understanding and very high awareness of generative AI and associated technologies Programming – Python, SQL is good to have Exposure to business and data analytics is good to have Built interface and apps on no code low code platforms is good to have Should be open to learn new technologies and adapt to changing landscapes
