Job Description

  • Preferably >10 years’ experience in project management in a Finance environment (FP&A and/or Controlling)
  • Support the CFO Office for the organization of key leadership meetings, townhalls
  • Track the progress of the 10 key Life Finance initiatives & liaise with their dedicated PMs, prepare comprehensive management updates
  • Manage 2-3 key finance projects across different geographical locations (key project stakeholders will be in Life BUS, Life Global team in HK/NY, CBSI)
  • Must thrive in a global setting, accommodating various time zones and cultural considerations.
  • Must be proactive and comfortable leveraging subject matter experts in Actuarial, Finance, and IT, while focusing on effectively managing the project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
