Managing and leading the team of People Services agents and supporting Hire to Retire actions and queries including, onboarding/transition of new work, stakeholder management, participating in designing, execution as well as continuous improvement.
The PS (French) manager will be responsible to manage the team providing HR support to AkzoNobel Employees in France. Responsible for managing the team providing support in French language. This includes Supporting employees on HR Policy, Procedure Leave systems, Benefits, and Other Queries related to France. Supporting data updates to HR data base and processing HR Documentation in French for the employees.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
8-10 years
Bachelor’ degree in Finance, HR or Economics related education
Experience in, HR, or HR Operations supporting France
Experience in managing small teams
Experience in coordinating processes
Knowledge on HR Operations and HRIS transaction
Skills:
Good communication skills in English and French oral and writing
Strong Service Mindset and Stakeholder Management skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Accurate time management skills
Planning and control
Data crunching and reporting
Continuous Improvement mind-set (Lean 6 Sigma / Green / Black belt practice is an advantage)
