Designation: Manager 


Base Location: Navi Mumbai


Reporting to: Deputy General Manager– People Business Partner – GSC


Key Accountabilities:


  • Strategic HR 
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to support GSC growth ambition.
  • HR Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Advise management on HR-related legal and regulatory matters
  • Design, maintain & enhance HR policies to support the demography of shared services
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management
  • Define proactive approach to understand risks & mitigate Attrition
  • Training and Development:
  • Define effective learning & development plan in liaison with GSC leaders & L&D COE. 
  • Identify training needs and enable development plans for employees
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies
  • Talent management
  • Define & implement framework to identify talent
  • Lead the Annual Compensation Review linked to Talent heatmap
  • Enable effective performance appraisal process & enforce organization guidelines through discussions with people managers
  • Enable and implement career development and succession plans
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies for fostering a positive work culture
  • Development of an Organizational culture that emphasizes customer centricity, collaboration and positive work relationships.
  • Be liaison between GSC team & various HR COEs to ensure requisite support
  • Periodically review the system, structure and the people of the company and take corrective measures. 
  • Ensure the compliance of the organizations health, safety and environmental policies. 

Skills & Competencies: 


  • At least 13 years of HRBP experience, with 3-5 years leading team 
  • Self-starter with high result orientation; can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Good communication skills, stakeholder management & can challenge status quo
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills, hands-on on dashboards & reporting

Required Qualification:  


  • MBA from a premier institute (Tier 1/2)
