Overview MAIN PURPOSE: This role would be primarily responsible to ensure accurate cross charge, rectify errors while engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders. The incumbent will be instrumental in resolving for complex reconciliation issues, maintain balance sheet, ensure correct provisioning month-on-month, provide correct cause of change versus plan. Responsibilities KEY ACCOUNTABILITY Manage X-Charge for Location free employees and Home/Host employees Ensure timely billing , monthly recon and recovery from counterparty. Coordinate with HR Ops & HRBP for resolution of recon issues Manage F&F, including F&F MIS Visibility TDS – Salary compliance & quarterly filings Form 16 & related compliances – including those of Trust. Qualifications KEY SKILLS & experience REQUIRE: Experience and Qualification Control & Reporting experience of 2 – 3 years CA or CMA certification required Skills and Behavioural Attributes Strong people / stakeholder management skills Customer orientation – addresses issues and queries satisfactorily in a timely manner, effectively decides when to escalate
