Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Holistic development of the organization with focus on individual, team and organization development
- Design Framework, Create materials and facilitate Leadership Development programme from frontline to Managers.
- Lead the Organization Development and L&D functions
- Determines the training and development needs of the employees and develops Annual Training Calendar.
- Develop framework to support Sr. Leaders to build strong functional teams and talent pipeline
- Implement annual talent review and succession review process.
- Establish key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives and L&D Programs.
- Create a performance management culture with continuous feedback from Managers
- As part of Global OD and L&D team, supports global projects on competency framework, talent management, etc.
- Coaches Leaders and Team towards high performance
- Ensure standardization of key human resources processes and coordinates improvement efforts
- Handle the people engagement surveys, IDEA Survey and action planning
- Lead new initiatives and manage existing programs to meet the needs of business clients
- Manage current and future skill management projects
- Plans the use of external resources required for organizational improvement (consultants, project efforts etc.)
- Follows up new technologies and developments related with the organizational development process
- Develops and follows up the annual training budget
- Develops OD interventions to address concerns from the leaders on specific teams.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Education
Should possess full time MBA / PGDBM in HR/MSW from a premier institute
Work Experience
- Should have 15 years’ experience in OD, L&D functions
- Should have prior experience working in Manufacturing Organization
- Should have experience in content design and development. Certifications in ISTD, SLII, KFALP, etc. preferred
