Responsibilities:


Position: Manager - Operations (LLP)


Job specifications


  1. Complete control of Import shipment and follow up with Affiliates, CHA etc.



    Thorough checking of documents & checklist approval basis to Custom Compliance



    IMPORT Tracker Update / DSR / Planning update in logistic software



    Preparation of letter and other clearance documents to meet custom requirement.



    Co-ordination with CFS, Carrier, Airline etc for timely execution of shipment.



    Handle and process all import documents , Mail communication to concern entities.



    Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely


    execution of shipments.



    Managing record of clearance documentation and retention for future reference.



    Daily connect with customer and CHA for shipment update and solution to queries



    Understanding of Food Clearance allied PGAs requirement – FSSAI / CDSCO / AQ / PQ etc.



    Sharing daily tracker with Logistics, CS and Planning Team - MIS Sharing



    Before vessel arrival preparing all the documents & Summiting Document to custom within


    time-line to avoid any custom penalty.



    Tracking of shipment and timely update to customer in terms of variation.



    Good understanding as well as execution of defined process. Able to document activity


    under SOP and timely review/amendment.





Academic Qualifications:


  • 6-7 years of relevant experience from freight forwarding, CHB background.
  • Good communication, Interpersonal skills.
  • In depth knowledge of Custom compliance & Food Product PGAs documentation and requirement

  • Result oriented and target driven professional.
  • Strong problem-solving and out of box thinking skills. 
  • Adaptability and go getter attitude. 
  • Good Interpersonal skills and Good Analytical bent of mind.
  • Good communication and Presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
