Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive operations excellence strategy to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all aspects of supply chain at across TML Sites.
• Overseeing daily operations from Inbound to outbound, staff management, Liase with customer and respond to their queries. Worked in an environment of Forklifts/racking and automation process. Ensure smooth functioning of warehouse to meet customer demands and optimize efficient use of resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects, leveraging methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile to achieve measurable results.
• Monitor and analyse warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams to define performance metrics, set targets, and establish KPIs to monitor and measure progress towards operational excellence goals.
• Process driven to implement strong warehouse operations process on floor driving inventory accuracy, safety, process improvements and manpower management.
• Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, procedures, and best practices for TML Sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to drive collaboration and alignment on operational excellence / Operation initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and contract logistics, recommending innovative solutions to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management on the progress, impact, and ROI of operations excellence initiatives and project implementations across TML Sites
• Drive change management initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and processes to optimize space and productivity.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies ,procedures and Industry best practises.
• Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement across warehouse operations in terms of efficiency, cost savings, value add and safety.
