What you’ll do
  • Manage and maintain ZIA and ZPA services efficiently
  • Report any issues, vulnerabilities and patch upgrade proactively
  • Technical advice to technical team and mentor colleagues on ZIA and ZPA
  • Configure and T-shoot ZIA and ZPA resources.
  • Should have in-dept understand on ZIA and ZPA.
  • Should support on Client / Patch updates with other vendor teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve an issue reported on Zscaler.
  • Provide training and mentor Technical Support Engineers
  • Interact and advice to customer on technical issues and limitations
  • Identify any design issues in the existing setup and co-ordinate with colleagues , 3rd line & design community and drive for resolution
  • Raise cases with Vendors on complex issues
  • Strong knowledge of IP services and practices.
  • Good understanding and expertise in Routing Protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, BGP), DMVPN etc.
  • Good understanding of SDWAN Overlay and Underlay concepts, especially on Cisco Viptela
  • Good Understanding on Network and security components mainly Palo Alto.
  • Good understanding in analysing the audit reports and fix the technical vulnerable to make them compliance with best security postures.
  • Good communication skills as this needs to interact directly to customer.
