You will be part of the Reporting Services team and will be responsible for effectively monitoring and delivering on multiple Global, Regional and KPI reports. You will become familiar with the reporting processes and will be generating the reports within the agreed SLA timeframe. You will also be responsible for report validation, managing access to the reports, managing reporting incident and problem tickets, and supporting end users with reporting queries. You will be working closely with the development team to troubleshoot and document reporting issues and provide regular communications to the end users of the reports. Providing regular updates and being transparent with our stakeholders is key in addition to documentation of our reporting processes.</p></li><li><p>A continuous learner with the ability to problem solve quickly as reporting issues arise; being proactive and taking end to end ownership of reporting issues.</p></li><li><p>Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Influencing and negotiation skills in a virtual / remote environment.
