This is a specialized global product development/leadership role and requires hands on experience with consumer/survey analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
Strong domain knowledge on consumer analytics studies.
Should have worked on analytics projects not limited to Conjoint analysis, (CBC, ACBC, etc), Segmentation, different types of regressions, factor analysis, and other group-specific advanced analyses
Strong domain knowledge on consumer analytics studies.
Understanding of traditional multivariate techniques used in market research and commonly used machine learning techniques (Like neural networks, boosting, splines, SVM, Bayesian analysis etc).
Independently developed questionnaires and worked on presentation for segmentation studies
Very good with PowerPoint, data visualization and excel skills.
Should be able to translate thoughts effectively in a simple and structured manner to a larger audience
Good coordination and people management skills
Should have experience in leading a team.
