1. Strategic Marketing & Branding

Ensure all marketing materials align with the IHG brand guidelines.


2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence


Manage the hotel’s website and ensure all information is accurate and updated.


Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase followers and engagement.


Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), SEO, and email marketing.


Monitor online reviews and work with the team to address guest feedback promptly.


3. Public Relations & Media Management


Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to gain positive coverage.


Prepare press releases, media kits, and communication for various events.


Act as the primary spokesperson for the hotel for media-related interactions.


4. Event Marketing


Collaborate with other departments to promote in-house events and F&B promotions.


Design and manage promotional campaigns for special events, festive celebrations, and corporate tie-ups.


5. Guest Engagement


Create programs to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.


Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the guest experience aligns with marketing promises.


6. Analytics & Reporting


Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide monthly performance reports.


Use data analytics to understand market trends and consumer preferences.


7. Vendor and Budget Management


Coordinate with external vendors for marketing material production and distribution.


Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost optimization.


8. Community Engagement


Collaborate with local organizations and NGOs to build goodwill within the community.


Promote the hotel's involvement in CSR activities, like Giving for Good programs.


9. Internal Communication


Work closely with the HR and operations teams to ensure all staff are updated about ongoing campaigns.
