Manager - Manufacturing (F/M/D)

• Manage all manufacturing production processes for Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Site. Implementation of company policies
• Ensure manufacturing performance, volume and quality goals or KRA are met by utilizing efficient methods and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Manage subordinate white and blue collar staff in the day to day performance of their jobs
• Ensure that all workers and departments adhere to defined manufacturing processes, meet the productivity and efficiency standards of the organization. Plan for product realization as per company standards. Plan for tools and Gauges as and when required. Help Production Planning & Control in production planning and review customer schedules or amendments in order to meet delivery to customers
• Implement quality control programs that ensure the finished product meets a certain standard
• Extensive technical knowledge and skills of mechanical product processes. Responsible for Equipment Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Tool Maintenance, manufacturing process design verification and validation, Product & process change management, monitoring & measurement of tools, manufacturing process, manufacturing process audit
• Ensure safety of all employees working in manufacturing department

• Must have Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Production or Industrial and Master or Management Degree in Operations or Supply Chain will be advantageous
• 15+ years Experience in Manufacturing Industry Experience across operations, production, supply-chain
• Assists with planning and directing an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials and help in monthly reports to Operation head
• Involve in tool and gauge design with development team, manufacturing process design & development with manufacturing Excellence
• Working Proficiency in SAP and advanced level of microsoft versions
• Candidate should have high technical aptitude, interpersonal skills and grasping on technology
• Fluent English Communication skills along with preferred regional Language Hindi and Marathi
