We're looking for an experienced Manager- M&A and Technical Accounting to join our SEC Reporting and M&A Accounting team. Reporting to the Director, you'll be responsible for:


  • Experience participating in the finance due diligence process of business acquisitions such as conducting  and leading the financial due diligence of business acquisitions which involves review and analyze historical accounting records including financial statements.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team to prepare Go/No go report and provide regular updates during the due diligence meetings and review of the closing balance sheet and the underlying supporting documents.
  • Lead Day 1 Integration activities related to the transition of closing balance sheet and participate in the review of valuation of acquired intangible assets including tie-out of valuation schedules to support documentation and Write a  technical accounting memorandum addressing the accounting issues associated with the business acquisition and preparing the purchase price accounting journal entries
  • Key contributor for the accurate preparation, review, and timely filing of external financial statements with the SEC, including Form 10Ks, Form 10Qs, and Form 8K which includes preparation of SEC Calendar, rollforward of financial statements. preparation/review of SEC workbooks, audit committee slides.  
  • Support to Investor Relations in preparation, review of investor presentations, earnings script, supplemental financial information and Assistance 
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 
  • CA qualified
  • 6+ years of experience in Public accounting/ Financial Reporting with one of Big4.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience in due diligence process would be an added advantage
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Lead teams and projects from launch to a conclusion
