Position Title:Manager/Sr. Manager -Business Development


Education Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation)


Experience: 4 – 10 years


Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:


  1. Develop and implement business development strategies specific to the Vadodara/Gujarat market.
  2. Engage with key stakeholders, including Product Builders (PB), end users, and key accounts.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create preference for our LV products.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales promotion and technical presentations.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  6. Provide feedback and insights to improve products and services based on customer interactions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of LV products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
