Job Description

Primary Responsibility: 


You will manage the team of KM Analysts and SharePoint designers who are responsible for responsible for harvesting key content; sanitizing and publishing content to the global KM repository; and publishing internal sites for Industries, Practices and Functions in an audience centric approach. You will be accountable for driving outcomes by following existing KM governance processes, while also defining or enhancing the existing processes for efficiency, as needed. You will frequently interact with and manage expectations of key stakeholders from Practices, Industries, and Geographies to facilitate knowledge sharing.


You will:


• Work closely with global leaders to understand Go-To-Market strategy and identify KM projects for the team


• Guide team members to be outcome focused for harvesting and publishing priority content aligned with dss+ business priorities


• Support and develop team capabilities on prioritization and project delivery with focus on effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and customer-centricity


• Guide team members who manage SharePoint workspaces and build the internal SharePoint site to publish user centric and standardized pages


• Develop and present metrics to promote and drive knowledge sharing behaviour among the business professionals


• Demonstrate a consultative mindset to solve business problems with knowledge management solutions to deliver impact


You will also be required to promote knowledge management adoption among consultants/client serving professionals by developing training and influencing communication initiatives. Experience with building and maintaining intranet or KM sites using SharePoint Online will be an advantage.



Desired Skillsets


• 10+ years of professional experience in a reputed organization, and have managed KM teams


• Coached and developed team members capabilities


• Strong communication skills with an ability to flex your style based on different audiences


• Self-motivated and biased towards efficiency and quality to achieve business outcomes


• You are inquisitive to understand and solve business problems or research and troubleshoot technical problems


• Excellent stakeholder expectations management skills to negotiate and influence as needed


• Can work with ambiguity and develop streamlined work structure to enable team to deliver consistent quality results


• Effective presentation skills and ability to articulate insights clearly to stakeholders


• Experience in implementing solutions through SharePoint “out of the box” features, advanced customization, custom workflows and integrate other technologies with SharePoint


• Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, content types and their applicability to SharePoint solutions


Other Requirements
• Proven work experience of managing KM teams at professional services firm
• Knowledge of concepts like metadata, taxonomy, user search experience
• Familiar with SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features, advanced customization, custom pages, and integration with other technologies
• Experience with JQuery, HTML, XML, CSS, etc. will be an advantage
