JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB SUMMARY    



Responsible for smooth operations/execution in the account and responsible for customer management, sales growth & market share of for the account. 



CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES    


•        Develop and drive end to end marketing strategies for top eCommerce platforms
•        Plan and achieve the consumer traffic, profit, and ROI/ROAS goals of performance marketing
•        Close Quarterly / annual Activation plan between Trade and Marketing plans with platforms & review periodically 
•        Develop vendor relationship(s) to access best practices; work closely with existing vendors to ensure quality planning and execution of campaigns on Marketing initiatives 
•        Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility
•        Manage and drive accelerated growth in the emerging MT & e-Commerce platforms: TOT negotiation, in stock, promotion & strategic initiatives for the accounts
•        Design, conceptualize and monitor the delivery of standard & custom reports
•        Work cross-functionally across consumer marketing, creative agency, account management and trade & marketing team
•        Advise on digital and marketing best practices, the latest tools and systems
•        Initiate growth projects and strategies in analytics to support the strategic objectives- Liaison with Modern Trade & E Commerce players to understand business issues, focus areas and growth factors; and translate into analytical initiatives



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum Education - Graduate in any field
Education Level
Graduate/ MBA would be a plus  - Sales/marketing



MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE 



Experience    - 4 to 6 years  


Experience Details
•    Experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing in agency, FMCG and top MT & ecommerce firms
•    Relevant experience in performance marketing in ecommerce channel preferably experience with considerable scale
•    Strong experience in planning, strategizing the Performance Marketing campaigns in eCommerce and digital platforms
•    Deep understanding and experience across performance marketing channels, demonstrating depth and breadth of strategic and tactical knowledge in Ecommerce platforms 
•    Exceptional problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
•    Good interpersonal and stakeholder & vendor management skills
