Responsibilities:

 Develop & implement Import Export strategies to meet the customer objective

 Excellent communication, negotiation, influence skill with External and internal parties.

 Maintain Relationship with Respective team for timely execution of shipment



 4


 Manage the preparation and submission of import & exports KPI reports.

Excellent Knowledge of MS Office. (Excel, Power point)

Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely.


execution of open issues.

Stay informed about changes in international trade, regulation, tariff and advise to customer

Customer Service/Key Account Management techniques

Daily connect with customer for open issues update and solution to queries



10.


Good understanding as well as execution of defined process. Able to document activity.


under SOP and timely review/amendment.

Strong leadership & team management Skill



12.


Knowledge requires on checking of Vendor bills along with contracts



13.


Find out new solution or idea which will help to customer in cost saving



14.


Knowledge of warehouse & Procurement of vendor as per customer requirements



15.


Trade Compliance Knowledge will be added advantage



16.


Understanding of SAP System will be added advantage





Academic Qualifications:


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain & custom service.
  • Understanding of SAP and also a Management Degree in supply Chain will be added advantage
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in account management and EXIM logistics management in reputed firm will be added advantage.
  • Good communication, Interpersonal skills.

  • Result oriented and target driven professional.
  • Strong problem-solving and out of box thinking skills. 
  • Adaptability and go getter attitude. 
  • Good Interpersonal skills and Good Analytical bent of mind.
  • Good communication and Presentation skills.
