About the Role


JustAnswer’s Engineering team is hiring a Global IT Manager to lead and improve IT support, security, and operations. You’ll oversee global IT services, including device support, vendor and asset management, and process improvement, with a focus on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency. This role directly impacts employee productivity and satisfaction.


What You’ll Do


  •  Lead the Global IT team within JustAnswer’s Engineering group.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance IT support and operations.
  • Manage IT services like Microsoft 365 and security tools.
  • Oversee IT communications, procurement, and asset tracking.
  • Handle billing, vendor payments, and system setups.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and SOPs.
  • Provide IT support for global offices (Ukraine, US, India).
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and career paths for IT staff.
  • Streamline onboarding/offboarding with HR.
  • Improve IT infrastructure and adopt AI solutions.
  • Stay updated on trends to implement advanced IT practices.

What We’re Looking For


  • 6+ years managing global helpdesk teams.
  • Passion for team growth and learning.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft networks and Office 365.
  • Experience with remote support and Apple devices.
  • Strong communication and security knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Good to Have 


  • Experience with Atlassian Confluence Cloud.
  • Familiarity with public and private cloud services.
  • Proficiency in tools like Sophos, NinjaOne, AutoElevate, ConnectWise, and Addigy.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI to enhance IT services and security.
