Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Developing the final BOQ with clear descriptions of nature of work,
  • Plan and execute infrastructure & repair projects within approved budget and defined schedule.
  • Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and clients on Periodic Project Meeting calls & meetings.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Develop & track project plans, schedules, and budgets for all sites.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and DP World standards are being followed.
  • Manage project resources including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Co-ordinate with all site representative, Vendors, Core Team for align the site permission & site preparedness confirmations before execution.
  • Evaluate and report on project outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Proactively manage & inform stakeholders for changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Bills & Measurements Verification for Each Site before final vendor bill clearance. 
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • This Role shall involve travelling to various DP World Sites across india for project progress, after execution & as when required for project work.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in civil  / Mechanical / Electrical engineering
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • MS Projects certifications

Skillsets:-


  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience with managing and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Experience with enterprise software and professional services is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools,
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & be presentable.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Computer skills working knowledge in word, excel power point.
