Manager Implementation Services(D2)
What can you expect?
The candidate in this role will be responsible for calculation programming, data installations, and automation support and testing on various tools during different stages of implementation. This includes the maintenance of updates to existing procedures, policies and manuals as required by the administration businesses. Candidate will be responsible for the completion of all process, procedure, and training related tasks, which form part of an Implementation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve difficulties on system and process adoption and other technical requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams in design of solutions to support the product and implementation services team with domain functional knowledge.
- Work with delivery and program and product management teams to effectively organize and plan releases.
- Manage and maintain good communication across team members, leadership and stakeholders across multiple business units
- Analyzing existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. This may involve conducting interviews, workshops, and process mapping exercises.
- Conduct system assessments, documenting system requirements, and collaborating with IT teams to design and implement solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams to design and document solutions that address business needs and requirements. This may involve creating functional specifications, SOPs, and user stories.
- Developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that systems and processes are functioning correctly and meeting business requirements. This may involve conducting user acceptance testing and coordinating with QA teams.
- Assisting with the implementation of new systems, processes, or enhancements by coordinating user training, providing user support, and facilitating the transition to new ways of working.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, such as business requirements documents, process maps, and user manuals. Additionally, generating reports and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
- Able to gather requirements and update the requirement documents.
- Responsible for highlight any risk early and escalate if needed.
- Performing website testing by comparing the new site to the existing site and documenting the result.
- Log and review defects in excel or defect tracking tool (if any).
- Learn and understand business specific domain.
- Drive the support and adherence of the Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including project estimation, project plans, test strategies, test plan writing, execution, and related documentation
- Collaborates with onshore stakeholders to communicate project status, resource needs and escalates issues that may arise to onshore Management team

What you need to have:
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience with global benefits programs, administration, and/or HR technology solutions.
- This person must be independent, flexible and creative and able to handle complex problems.
- Displays technical acumen and critical thinking skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment.
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Structured problem solver who is able to synthesize complex information from a variety of sources into implementable recommendations and solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams located globally.
- Strong prioritization and Microsoft tools is essential, including but not limited to MS Excel, Pivot, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, and other presentation skills.
- Should be B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA with experience ranging from 5-9 years
