About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):12Key Responsibilities:Experience with Caching and Search technologiesExperience working in an Agile Development environmentKnowledge of OOP/OOD, Design patterns and SOLID principlesIntegration technologies, especially with Web Services and MicroservicesExperience using tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, TFS, TeamCity, Artifactory, Docker, Splunk, etc.Experience with cloud-based technologies as provided by AWS or Azure.Experience working with offshore and onshore resources.Provides leadership in execution and delivery to technology teams in support of the business applications. This includes leading and coordinating activities throughout development and ensuring the appropriate use of standard models and software packages, standard methods of integration, as well as the development of common application services.Ensure that best development processes and technologies are used in the design, construction, and implementation of applicationsEnsures timely delivery of the application development projects without compromising quality and performance of the systemAnalyze the technology environment.Formulate and communicate technical vision and strategy to technology and business stakeholders.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and formalize requirements.Establish the collaboration framework for multiple scrum teams.Mentor development teams around deliveries and quality of deliveryManage developers for the assigned team.Participate in technology selection.Control and accelerate solution development.Conduct code, design, and architectural reviews.Support project and program managementParticipate in project planning and estimation.What We’re Looking For:Qualifications:Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent12+ years of strong hands-on software engineering experience5+ years of leadership experienceBroad knowledge of Microsoft technology frameworks, solutions, and toolsExperience designing and developing applications at an enterprise level.Experience with IT infrastructure and Cloud (preferably AWS) developmentExperience with designing and building large-scale application platforms.Understanding of database performance tuning.
