This position reports to the Regional Director of Human Resources in the Global Human Resources team and will be an on-site role located in Hyderabad, India.  


The Human Resources Manager will design, implement, and support talent strategies and programs for Commercial client groups, to enhance the effectiveness of managers through the acquisition, performance management, development and movement of talent. In doing so, they will lead and projects and drive execution and implementation of strategies.


Covering this period of leave, you can look forward to having a fair amount of independence in delivering in your portfolio, while engaging with various stakeholders in the business. You would work closely with the Danaher HR team to drive the India HR agenda and take the lead on initiatives to improve leadership, competence and organizational development. You should expect a degree of hands-on HR-related work.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Be part of a collaborative team making a difference in the development, engagement and effectiveness of the people and the Company
  • Evaluate risks and provide advice for risk management procedures, processes, policies and practices
  • Consult with leaders on all HR lifecycle processes including the talent management and organizational design challenges

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • BA in Human Resources or related field with multiple years of HR experience
  • Experience in HR lifecycle processes and expertise such as compensation, recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, coaching and project management (ideal mix 2 or more areas)
  • Working knowledge of employment law
