Manager, Health Platform


This role is responsible for driving market awareness and working on marketing strategies for neighboring countries based on customer needs, co-ordination to create targets/Budgeting/Forecasting and market need assessments, finding opportunities, strengthening of brands for enhanced business performance by creating PLC Management. He would also be responsible for growth of top and bottom line of SCEI countries (SCEI - Sub-continent Countries excluding India (Pakistan, Bangaldesh, Nepal and SriLanka) – Managing Brands with various Marketing Campaigns and New Product Launches.


Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere


Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Hatchery vaccination equipment offer at our Company. Including analysis of financial offers to customer & Distributors to offer service to strengthen relationship, diversification and business development opportunities
  • Understand, anticipate and explore market trends, expressed and unexpressed customers' unmet needs and take full advantage of them for the hatchery vaccination market to drive Hatchery Strategy
  • Develop and deploy plans specifically for hatchery vaccination devices and services for the Convenience Program.
  • Create mid to long-term business strategy across hatchery vaccine /Live and Inactivated vaccination equipment and be responsible for maximizing the current portfolio, mainly in the in ovo vaccination solution and services bridging the future needs and today's revenues generation.
  • Create, develop and deploy promotional and marketing campaigns and materials for the achievement of business goals
  • Communicate the strategies appropriately and efficiently with the Distributor Commercial operations Team. Communicate the strategies appropriately and efficiently to achieve Short Term and Long-Term Goals
  • Scheduling regular review of the Country vaccine portfolio and the vaccination Schedule/equipment 
  • Identifying marketing training needs and developing programs to address gaps in local Country markets
  • New Product Launches – Launch Plan, Brand Positioning and gaining market share

Qualifications & Skills


  • Must have Degree in Veterinary Sciences, MVSC/MBA Marketing is preferred
  • Should possess at least 5 - 6 years of experience in sales in a marketing driven organization. Or 8 + year’s relevant experience in the veterinary market.
  • Proven leadership qualities including the ability to identify talent, coach and develop
  • Working knowledge of basic finance and Financial terms
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English is preferred
  • Good networking skills
  • Ability to operate effectively across different cultural zones.
