In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with.You’ll make a difference by:·You will act as a reliable point of contact, supporting our new clients with tax strategies and developing global tax processes.·You will provide operational tax consulting while considering global legal developments in international employee assignments, focusing on standardizing global processes and workflows within the Siemens Group.·You will ensure quality control through spot checks of individual cross-border assignments to verify compliance with tax regulations.·You will monitor global legal developments in the area of employee assignments and actively support employer associations in this field.·As part of successful project management, you will be responsible for internal projects and GBS/payroll-related activities, focusing on taxes and shadow payroll.·You will carefully monitor and address compliance-related risks arising from daily operations as needed.Your success is grounded in:·You have a 5-to-7-year qualification as a tax clerk and extensive professional experience in taxation, social security, and HR/payroll in an international environment.·Alternatively, you hold a bachelor's degree in business administration with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in taxation, social security, and HR/payroll in an international context.·You possess strong knowledge of international tax and social security law, basic knowledge of corporate tax law, and transfer pricing.·You bring a high level of intercultural sensitivity to effectively coordinate and motivate international teams and value teamwork and trustful collaboration.·You impress us with excellent communication skills, resilience, analytical abilities, and assertiveness, along with the ability to establish strong networks with various stakeholders.·Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.Join us and be yourself!
