About the Role:
As a Team Lead for the Shared Services team, you will be the first point of contact for employers' asks and will be accountable for the performance and delivery of the Shared Services Team. This role includes managing client relations as well as operations.
What will you do?
1. Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop HR Ops team to achieve their goals
• Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure smooth communication
2. Operational Oversight:
• Manage daily operational activities, ensuring SLA adherence
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and process improvements
3. Program Management:
• Plan, execute, and monitor key HR initiatives and programs
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines
4. Metrics and Reporting:
• Track operational metrics, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights
• Present regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution
