Manager - Forecasting
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing forecasts for a product/portfolio either individually or with 1-2 associates.
Collaboration with Country/Regional/Global stakeholders for validating assumptions
Translating therapy area knowledge and complex market dynamics into requirements and communicating to development team
Validating forecast assumptions using statistical techniques like Monte Carlo and/or secondary market research
Managing projects plans and ensuring timely quality deliverables.
Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
3-8 years' experience with Management/Pharma/Engineering background
Mandatory Pharma experience
Relevant forecasting or data analytics experience
Ability to generate ideas to solve vague problems.
Should have managed projects end-to-end individually or in team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong business acumen and awareness of brand, therapy area and market dynamics of the US market or other key markets
Experience of communicating in global multi country / multi-cultural environment
Basic statistical knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
Other skillsets (good to have): Spotfire, Tableau, Python, R, SQL
