We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Financial Crime Detection and Digital Enablement
Principal responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts in project to provide solutions using various analytic techniques for the Compliance activities through involvement in any or all of the following activities
- Data Quality Analysis, Segmentation, Threshold Setting and Tuning for Transaction Monitoring
- Trend Analysis and MI analysis as per requirement
- Data Implementation Checks and Quality Assurance
- Develop Statistical models and Insights
- Ensure that the repository and model documentation is up to date
- Complete analysis as required and document results and formally present findings to management
- Support reviews from internal/external stakeholders and provide requisite support as per guidelines
- Lead the efforts in remediation, closure of observation/findings on the model
- Adhere with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable.
