Responsible forplanning of operational facilities and design on the basis of volume forecast and historical trends to ensure that adequate space is always available at facilities.Ensure that facilities are designed to meet operational KPI’s such as OTD, EDD by studying vehicle arrival and departure schedules, minimize man/material movement, reduce handling cost and prevent damages/accidents.
