We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Support to join our Support Operations team in Trivandrum, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Support. In this role, you are responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Technical Support Engineers. They will be accountable for all aspects of support for Infoblox products.
You are the ideal candidate if you have previous experience in leading complex technical support operations along with a proven record of building highly efficient cross-functional teams with an unwavering focus on continuous improvement.
