Role Definition
Manages engineering for design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services.
Responsibilities
• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams.
• Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization particularly focused towards Aftermarket engineering.
• Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
• Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
Represent DCR department in Bangalore, highlight improvement opportunities specific to the facility.
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Mechanical and allied Engineering preferred.
