Manager - Enablement Services IT Product Manager

Overview Main Purpose: The IT Product Manager Enablement Services is accountable for the full end to end IT agenda including business engagement, project delivery delivery and application sustain for France in the areas of Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal and PPGA/Communications. Key accountabilities: Partners with business sponsors to influence business case, identify high level business requirements and align on initiatives that will enable their business objectives Works with sector IT resources to ensure operations of technology services Works with development and delivery, operations and CTO teams to ensure effective solution delivery and ongoing operations Works with team members in other IT organizations to develop prototype solutions Partners with the key stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive process improvements Works with IT and project teams to define as is and to be processes Collaborates with stakeholders to cascade vision and best practices Works with business to shape and define demand Deliver projects and continuous improvements for enabling services applications Deliver application support and controls for enabling services applications Champion and advocate Security & Compliance standards, tools and practices in the BU Responsibilities Partners with business sponsors to influence business case, identify high level business requirements and align on initiatives that will enable their business objectives Works with sector IT resources to ensure operations of technology services Works with development and delivery, operations and CTO teams to ensure effective solution delivery and ongoing operations Works with team members in other IT organizations to develop prototype solutions Partners with the key stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive process improvements Works with IT and project teams to define as is and to be processes Collaborates with stakeholders to cascade vision and best practices Works with business to shape and define demand Deliver application support and controls for Enabling Services applications BU point of contact on security and compliance agenda at BU level for both IT and business / controls stakeholders e.g. IPEX, BU controllers, global and sector IT security Be a key user of MyBuy meaning understanding of PO/GR creation process’s details and support IT associates in case of questions. Orchestrates invoices reconciliation process Personally manages POs, GRs and invoicing for central vendors both global and sector such as HCL, TCS, BT. Ensure global or sector signals properly reflected in AOP and latest forecast is updated accordingly. Qualifications Stakeholder Management Strong Leadership skills Management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent Ability to manage budget Project Management experience Strong knowledge of IT Standards Proficient business level in English and French Ability to solve complex problems within his/her work team Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from different countries in a matrix environment Experience of minimum 5 years in IT fields, focus on Finance processes and BI reporting. Subject matter expertise: Finance processes and tools including SAP SAP processes and hands-on experience in FI/CO and BI would be a plus Experience in FMCG company would be a plus Differentiating competencies : Strategic Partnering: Not ‘order taker’ mindset, Strong competence in Demand Shaping.
