Summary:


We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing operations team. In this role, your main focus will be leading a team of individuals who demonstrate strong work behaviors to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and automation processes, along with Search Engine Optimization and website management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website and SEO management, possess skills in marketing automation, and demonstrate a technical understanding of using data, automated journeys, and triggers to build engaging customer journeys across the digital marketing stack.


Primary Responsibilities:


People Leadership:


  • Build, lead, and mentor team members by providing guidance, coaching, training, and support.
  • Foster unity, cooperation, and teamwork by encouraging collaboration and promoting a positive team culture.
  • Delegate tasks to individual team members based on their skills, knowledge, and expertise to distribute workload effectively, promote teamwork, and improve efficiency.

Business Leadership:


  • Represent the email automation, SEO and web production teams in meetings, communicating team progress or delays.
  • Coordinate work across production teams with other Divisional Marketing team members.
  • Apply strong written and verbal communication (English) skills to ensure all collaborators are aligned.
  • Understand our different businesses, the customers we serve, and our product offerings to assist in aligning business objectives and priorities between technical and non-technical team members.

Technical Leadership:


  • Lead a team of technical web, search engine optimization and email automation experts responsible for managing and administrating our marketing automation (Eloqua) and web (Adobe Experience Manager) platforms as well as Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with leads on the technical design, implementation, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns.
  • Understand all software and systems associated with our tech stack, including how these systems integrate and affect our overall customer journey.
  • Guide technical decisions and help provide solutions to the production teams.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in people management, leading a digital marketing team.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and web page publication.
  • Proficiency in web coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Expertise in Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, and Workfront.
  • Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities, and a drive to take ownership of issues and tasks.
  • Experience with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CASL, and CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance analysis.
  • Stong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent English language written and spoken skills with the ability to work optimally in a team environment. 
  • Be available during off-hours to participate in daily standups and attend meetings with peers based in the US as needed
