Freight Sales for Domestic Container Train operations
Maintain records related to all participated opportunities.
Pricing and contract negotiation with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, and use the insights to develop marketing strategies.
Developing and managing budgets for marketing and Container sales activities.
Monitor and analyse the performance of all related resources & activities to ensure that they meet the company's objectives.
Liaise with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that marketing and sales activities are aligned with overall business objectives.
Propose innovative and cost effective solutions for first & last mile of CTO business.
Maintenance of commercial related records.
Experience Required:
At least 7 years of work experience with Domestic CTO industry with commercial / operation department.
Must have knowledge of domestic CTO regulatory framework.
Fair knowledge of different freight related policies of railways like GPWIS / SFTO / GCT
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Contract finalization experience specially of transportation, handling & storage related contracts.
