Principal Responsibilities


  • To monitor RTA deliverables as per agreed SLA and regulatory requirements.
  • To handle Data Analysis and enrichment projects as per Business Requirement.
  • To handle Distributor relation queries and complaints.
  • To provide Digital Application, admin support.
  • Process Gap Analysis, Operational MIS and Audit tracking.
