Job Description

What you’ll do
  • Should participate in architecture, infrastructure, and software development activities, Can Translate loosely defined requirements into solutions
  • Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem
  • Performs incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered
  • Uses open source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project
  • Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow


Who you are
  • Minimum 3-4 Years of experience and well versed with programming/scripting using Python/Groovy/JavaScript etc. and should have through understanding of production scale multi-tiered systems architecture and micro services management principles
  • Familiarity with agile software development in Python/Groovy/JavaScript etc.
  • Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins
  • Minimum 3-4 Years’ Experience in Cloud Infrastructure - AWS, Containerization and managing effective Docker containers lifecycle through full automation from development to production, Container Orchestration engines like Kubernetes / Docker Swarm
  • Good experience with implementation of Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery for open source & commercial, proprietary software’s including tools using delivery methodology like everything ‘as a code’ and automation
  • Significant experience with Linux operating system environments
  • Embedding a DevOps mindset into ways of working, implementing automation and tightening feedback loops. Responsible for ensuring the vision and implementation of CI that effectively ensure project visibility, and report against delivery metrics. Own successful continuous delivery of projects & tools from development to QA to handover to customers and also support going forward
  • Experience of working in an agile environment. Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices such as Continuous Integration and delivery
  • High experience with AWS and Kubernetes ( incl. certification )
  • Technically good experience in administrating tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Atlassian Tools, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, WhiteSource
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
