Key Responsibilities
Data controls
- Drive implementation of Data Controls for the Bank across Businesses / functions
- Will be responsible for running data governance forums including country data executive council
- Will be responsible for working across multiple Businesses / functions compiling red flags associated with data compliance risk for India Senior management
Literacy
- Support the India DAO Head in sharing data best practices with cluster markets
- Help develop content and training materials for basic data foundational trainings
- Participate and moderate India data enablement forums
- Cascade best practices to cluster countries.
Unlock
- Will be coordinating and participating in POCs run by DAO for data themes
Key skills sought
Technical
- Knowledge, past experience in handling data, data sets along with familiarity with data tools will be good to have
- Past background into BI / Reporting / Visualization / business analytics
- Exposure to programming languages like python, R or data tools like Alteryx as well as Qliksense will be needed.
Core competency
- Critical thinking, problem solving Eye for detail
- Business analytics, proven experience of hands on working with Data
- Ability to spot and execute improvement opportunities in data domain
- Program management, ability to influence key stakeholders
