We are hirng for the Manager-Customer Relationship Management role for Dehradun location
Exp- 12-13 years of exp
Location- Dehradun
Individual Accountabilities:
- To Obtain plans & PO from the customers and updating in ERP.
- Checking of A/w and Inventory Status for all the Products.
- Sharing of Dispatch Details and Orders status with customers on daily basis
- Tracking of FG dispatch and following for Vehicle arrangement & Allocation by sharing the RFD to customers
- Sending/Courier of Samples to customer as and when required.
- Solving day to day customer queries, by following from Internal Departments (QA,QC, PPIC, F&D , RA, Artwork, Costing, Purchase and Accounts)
- Sending of PI, Debit Note to customers by following with Accounts department.
- Following for Pending Payments/ PI with all the Customers.
- Tracking and un-holding of Orders based on customer plans, and A/w status.
- Following with Customer for Price Increase due to API, PM fluctuations and getting the Revise PO’s accordingly
- Tracking of Tentative plans and ensuring that the Materials are procured as per customer requirement.
- Sharing the COA’s for all the dispatch products with customer.
Accountability for Key Metrics:
- Sales Orders Creation.
- Customer Dealing.
- Dispatch Scheduling
