Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Course Content Maintenance to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining and optimizing the content of our courses. This team, comprising instructional designers, quality assurance specialists, and a data system/ business analyst, is crucial to ensuring the sustained quality and relevance of our educational offerings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise the offshore team, including instructional designers, quality assurance specialists, and data/systems analysts.
  • Set clear goals and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality output.
  • Report metrics and project updates to internal stakeholders regularly.
  • Collect feedback from external stakeholders and translate it into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Ensure that all course revisions and updates align with organizational standards and objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a team leadership or project management role, preferably within the e-learning industry.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage remote teams effectively.
